Joshua 3:1-end -This chapter marks the beginning of miracles through Joshua as the LORD had promised him that as He was with Moses, He would be with Him. Through Moses, the LORD parted the Red Sea and now through Joshua, the LORD parted the Jordan River. The LORD told him “to let the Levites carry the Ark and step into the Jordan River while the children of Israel followed after them leaving about 2000 cubits by the measure in between them. And as soon as the feet of the priests that bare the ark of the LORD, the LORD of all the earth, shall rest in the waters that come down from above, and they shall stand upon a heap”  The LORD performed His miracle again, and the people passed over right against Jericho, The last verse says, “And the priests that bare the ark of the covenant of the LORD stood firm on dry ground in the midst of Jordan, and all the Israelites passed over on dry ground until all the people were passed clean over Jordan.” Our God is faithful. He opened the river Jordan for them to walk on dry ground, The LORD told Joshua in verse 7 that “This day will I begin to magnify thee in the sight of all Israel, that they may know that, as I was with Moses, so I will be with thee” Praise God!

The Bible says, “Faithful is He that has called us for He will do it” That is, if He calls you, He will back you up. When he sends you on an assignment, he will go with you.  From Genesis till today, you can see Him at work in every facet of human life. He knows there is nothing we can do without Him. He is the beginning and the end. Everything that pertains to the whole world is in His hand and He knows when He will wrap everything up especially now that we are close to the end. In Psalm 46, He says we should “Be still and know that I am God”. He is God and we should just wait for His leading. Let us say “Yes LORD” to whatever He says to us. My prayer is that He will magnify His Name in our lives so that more people will be drawn to Him through all the miracles He would do in our lives in Jesus’ Name, Amen. Remain Blessed!!!
